Dear Stakeholders,

ATLANTIC MEALS, S.A. has changed its name and is now DACSAATLANTIC, S.A. following the entry of DACSA - Maicerías Españolas, S.A. into ATLANTIC MEAL’s capital, through the acquisition of 50% of the company.

DACSA - Maicerías Españolas, S.A. was founded in 1968, having started operating, at that time, a 100 MT/day capacity mill. Forty seven years later, the company is able to process more than 670.000MT of maize in 5 industrial units across Europe and 110.000 MT of rice at Valencia facilities.

This is a very important step for both organizations, but also for the growth and consolidation of the Iberian market, both in terms of raw materials as finished products.
